Riviera Beach marina face-lift on hold
Plans for a $500 million overhaul of Riviera Beach's marina and surrounding properties are being delayed by slumps in the economy and the real estate market.
Viking Developers' proposal for International Harbor at Riviera Beach includes rebuilding the marina, Newcomb Hall and Bicentennial Park to the north. It calls for a public market, hotel, offices and a Key West-style Harbor Village that would house shops and restaurants.
